Taste Lancashire is now into its third year and growing and will run from Friday 6th April to Sunday 22nd April.

Our theme for 2007 is the Cotton Industry, exploring the links between Lancashire’s industrial past and our food heritage.  

The festival is held through a series of events at different locations across Lancashire, so everyone to get a taste of the fantastic foods available in the great red rose county.
